Maps And Directions To The Law Offices Of Hagen & Hagen, Meeting Rooms, And Courthouses

Los Angeles Central District Southern California

Locations Of Bankruptcy Courts And Trustee Meetings

Firm founder Earle Hagen (1925-2008) and his sister, now-retired office manager Dorothy Goodman

Much of your bankruptcy can be handled over the phone and by mail. However, you will be required to appear a minimum of one time at a meeting of creditors to be examined by your bankruptcy trustees. Often the courthouse and trustee offices are in the same building, but not in all cases. An attorney of the Law Offices Of Hagen & Hagen will accompany you to any hearings you must attend. Below are directions to the courthouses and trustee offices in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Santa Barbara, Santa Ana, and Riverside.

Bankruptcy FAQ

Should I list my monthly obligations, like my utility bills, in my bankruptcy case if I am current on such payments?

Generally no. If the debtor is current on his or her payment of certain monthly obligations such as utility bills, there is no point in listing the utility company as a creditor. In fact, by listing it as a creditor, it might prompt the utility company to demand a deposit for future services.
